I have had a phenomenal experience with New Life. Right throughout the entire process, Chrysa has been wonderfully responsive, informative, reassuring and caring, going over and above what I even dreamed of in terms of exceptional patient care.

Dr Dovas and Chrysa were very helpful in the first Skype chat and answered all of my questions during the session and subsequently in detail over email. I never felt a ‘hard sell’ or any pressure to proceed at this early stage - quite the opposite in fact, I felt like everything happened at a pace I was wholly comfortable with.

Having treatment from a clinic abroad was initially a scary prospect, but Chrysa’s English is flawless and her communication style empathic and extremely clear. I was also very impressed with how responsive she was - I don’t think I ever waited longer than an hour for a reply to any email I sent. She was also exceptional in helping me arrange to get all of my meds delivered to me in the UK and the frozen sperm I had in Denmark shipped to them - this was far smoother than I had dared hope for.

The whole process with the egg donor was also pretty smooth. The egg donor had a small issue which meant that we had to delay the treatment for a month whilst that rectified itself which, although initially disappointing, I actually came to see as a very good thing, as it meant that the clinic were being highly responsible with her health and not taking any risks, which was one of my absolute baseline criteria from the start. It was incredibly important to me that no-one was exploited during this process. I really liked that New Life take a very responsible approach to all of their donors in that they don’t over stimulate them (unlike many other unscrupulous clinics), concentrating on quality over quantity. It goes without saying that I will be eternally grateful to the wonderful woman who so selflessly donated her eggs to me.

When I actually went out to Greece for the transfer, I was quite nervous as I went on my own, but it could not have been a smoother process. Chrysa provided very helpful information on hotels and taxis prior to my visit and being able to email a reputable taxi in advance (they also replied to my email within 10 minutes!) so it was waiting for me when I arrived, was great. The actual process was very smooth indeed and I felt cared for at every stage. Dr Dovas and Chrysa put me at my ease throughout.

I could not believe it when I found out I was pregnant at my first attempt! As a single woman aged 44 with diminished ovarian reserve, it had not been a straightforward process for me to get to the point where I met with New Life, but I can say without hesitation that it has been a superb experience ever since. I would recommend then unreservedly, am delighted with the outcome and can’t wait to meet my precious baby in a few months’ time!
