The personal experience of a Couple from Australia

We want to express our gratitude to all the Newlife staff for the great experience we had under their care during our IVF cycle in 2011.

Our IVF journey in Australia has been a very long one consisting of 11 unsuccessful cycles with one resulting in an early miscarriage. Of all our cycles, our one with Newlife was by far the most stress-free and pleasant one. They all went above and beyond to make our journey as smooth and peaceful as possible. Each time we walked into the clinic, we were known by name and every staff member greeted us with a friendly smile and a lovely chat. We also were impressed with how organised and efficient the clinic ran.

We especially want to thank Chrysa (the Senior Clinic embryologist) and Dr. Dimitrios Dovas who were so personable and always made us feel like friends rather than their patients. We felt as though we had friends looking out for us on our journey away from home and they went above and beyond whether it was seeing us at times most convenient for us or making and receiving calls out of business hours.

We are very thankful for their genuine concern about our long IVF journey and we really appreciate their future recommendations to us. They also have kept in contact with us. We hopefully will be back to pursue another cycle this year whilst also enjoying a holiday on Greece`s beautiful Islands. We highly recommend Newlife to anyone considering any fertility related treatments.
