The personal experience of Melissa and Dean from Canada

Thank you Newlife for being part of our journey!! We first heard about Newlife from a friend of a friend. Their experience was a success so we decided to contact Newlife. We had a Skype conversation with Dr. Dovas and Chrysa! We connected immediately with them and started the process. Being 44 yrs of age I was worried about my timeline. We were eager to get started! We had spoke with other clinics in the States but they didn’t seem to be as efficient with the timeline and the cost was a big difference from Greece!

From the moment we walked into the clinic at Newlife we were greeted with professionalism and friendliness! I felt like we had known the staff for years! They were prompt with the care that they gave us. The communication was amazing as well! In Canada we had several failed attempts of IUI and felt that the communication was not acceptable. Going through fertility treatments can be scary and emotional. At times we would have to wait two days to get a response from the clinic and many times I would have to call again as my message was never returned. Rarely did someone answer the phone. We found this frustrating and stressful. At times when I was dealing with Newlife I would actually forget that I was emailing Greece as they would return my emails as quick as 10 minutes!! Even on weekends, we have communication with Newlife. We always felt that we had support. The confidence Newlife gave us during this journey and after made this experience stress free and so positive!!

We really appreciate the experience that the clinic has. The staff and Doctors are so knowledgeable and they educated us during this process. They were kind and patient with our questions and we never felt judged!! The clinic itself was beautiful. They had a comfortable waiting room and a really nice private room with a comfortable bed in it for post embryo transfer. We were not expecting this!! The care that we received after our embryo transfer was also impeccable. I was not expecting this but Newlife hadn’t forgotten about us...they still checked in with us to make sure things were ok and to see how our blood tests and ultrasounds were. This was our first pregnancy and we didn’t know what to expect. At 5 weeks I had some bleeding on and off for about a week. I messaged Newlife at least 4 times in a panic. They were so compassionate and gave me so much confidence that I was able to calm myself and not worry. I really appreciated that emotional support and I knew that they we so experienced in this field that I trusted the communication!! We are now currently 8.5 weeks pregnant with twins!!! We couldn’t be more happy as our family will be complete!! Thank you so much Newlife!!
