The personal experience of a Couple from United Kingdom

Having IVF at Newlife has been easy and stress free. We had a few consultations via Skype and the clinic diagnosed my under active thyroid and got me on the right medication working with my GP. I had a further Skype to learn how to administer the medications I was to take. We went out to Thessaloniki and had a mini break whilst undergoing treatment which I think helped as it took away the stress of day to day life whilst concentrating on the treatment. Chrysa was always there to answer any queries and was really swift at coming back to me via email or text. I am very lucky to already have one little girl and the clinic made her feel very welcome and took the time to talk to her and give her pictures to complete. Chrysa and Dr Dovas made the whole experience as simple and easy as possible with their professional, easy going bedside manner and ready smiles. I have not had treatment in the uk prior to choosing Newlife, however those I have talked to about my experience have been shocked at the difference and the more personal experience and help I have had.
