We would definitely recommend Newlife to anyone who is going through or thinking about infertility treatment. We tried infertility treatment in different countries before, but all were unsuccessful and we had never satisfied with the whole process. There were so many questions in our minds, which were never answered properly. After several trials, money spent, emotional distress; going to Newlife was the best decision that we made. The coordinator and embryologist, Chrysa, is such a lovely person and she is very supportive in every stage, more like a friend. Dr. Dovas communicates clearly and reassuringly with the medical facts, we liked him very much. Both of them were professional, empathetic, responsive and knowledgeable. They genuinely care about the patient. We never felt pressured or rushed throughout the process and during each visit. They both made sure that our questions were answered before we left the clinic. We felt very well informed throughout the process and every decision made was collaborative between them and us. The clinic was very personal, not crowded, you feel as if you are their only patient. In addition, their staff was also very friendly and helpful. On our first IVF attempt with Newlife, we got the positive result. Now we are waiting to deliver our twins!!! We cannot thank them enough for the amazing stress-free care we received, helping us achieve our dream.
