When we began looking for treatment I sent quite a long list of questions to a range of clinics. Chrysa from Newlife provided by far the most specific and comprehensive answers to each question. This, along with the excellent results of the clinic, were the primary factors in our decision to go ahead with treatment at Newlife.

Our treatment has been excellent: clear explanations and responses to questions, rapid responses to queries, and staff have always been available should we need contact.

On arriving in Thessaloniki for the final stages of treatment, my husband and I were impressed with the thoroughness of the scan and the explanations provided by Chrysa and Dr Dovas, as well as the fact that they new our notes so well. This meant that we felt very confident in the team at New life. All staff have been thoroughly professional, at the same time as caring, throughout our treatment.

Obviously, we hope not to require further treatment, but if we do we will certainly return to New life.
