The personal experience of a Couple from United Kingdom

I found Newlife after doing a lot of research on the internet. We had almost given up the hope of becoming parents because of multiple failures despite various tries at other clinics. Although we were both a bit sceptical about having further treatment, the first Skype session we had with Chrysa and Dr Dovas was very reassuring. They answered all our questions and what was particularly helpful was the way they gave their opinion on my case based on my history and previous treatments. They were empathic and professional which made us trust them from the start.
The entire process of my treatment at Newlife was faultless - right from our first appointment till date. We were given proper information and they were always transparent about their decisions. They answered our doubts and we were always encouraged to ask questions if we did not understand anything.
To my amazement, I fell pregnant on my first cycle and am currently 7 weeks and 3 days pregnant. I have had complications around early spotting and bleeding and needed a lot of reassurance and support. Despite the geographical distance, Chrysa and Anta have been marvellous around communication, always getting back to me with answers and reassurance. I do not know how I would have got through these difficult weeks without their support. Chrysa continues to be in touch with me which I think highlights further their patient centred care.
I really want to thank Chrysa, Dr Dovas, Anta and the rest of the team for helping us achieve our dream of becoming parents. I am so glad that I choose this clinic - they are the best!!
