Being told that you can’t have children is a terrible thing for anyone to hear and this is what I was told by the doctors in the UK. I wasn’t offered any justification, help or support and we were left to struggle through on our own. Luckily we didn’t give up and found an advert for Newlife.

The first time we met with Chrysa and Dr Dovas in London I cried with relief because for the first time in this difficult journey we were listened to, given hope and empathy. From the very start, they were honest and professional whilst reassuring us that we still had every chance of a family.

We are extremely lucky as our journey has been very short. Once we were involved with Newlife time flew! We were successful on our first attempt of egg donation IVF and we are currently 25 weeks pregnant with our little miracle.

Throughout the journey, Chrysa was with us every step. We felt as though we were the only people that mattered and absolutely nothing was a problem.

She would call if she thought I was worried and email with regular updates. We were both a part of the process from start to finish. Dr Dovas despite having a complicated job, explained every step to us with ease! We trusted every word they said without question and for good reason.

The facilities are beautiful and Newlife also helped us with travel information encouraging us to enjoy our time in Greece and relax along the way.

Me, my husband nor any of our family can thank them enough. Not only do they do a wonderful job but they do it with compassion and professionalism! I recommend them to anyone who will listen!
