The personal experience of Neil and Amanda from United Kingdom

Our journey started with Newlife in January 2018 where we initially met Dr. Dovas and Chrysa at a hotel in London for a consultation. The meeting was daunting as we weren't sure how the clinic approach would be to our sensitive story/journey.

Both were very professional, knowledgeable and honest. Not once in that meeting were we as a couple pressurized or given the hard sell.

Leaving the meeting my husband and I came away feeling like we had a chance at achieving our dream of being parents. Communication from the start of the process whether it was via email or phone was excellent and prompt and the ball started rolling where we arranged to fly out to have tests done in March and talk about implementing a personal plan. It was also an opportunity to see the clinic for ourselves as well as meeting the team/staff. It was very clean and was visible that it was run to a high standard. At no point did we have reservations or concerns about taking the right steps, this was due to how things were dealt with. We were treated as a couple, not a number and it felt like a relationship was building as well as trust.

Regular communication on a step by step basis happened alongside reassurance & advice. Treatment commenced in October after having a small procedure back in the UK in June under Dr. Dovas recommendation. Once the treatment was completed we weren't forgotten about, it was like Chrysa was on the journey with us.

We are now 33 weeks pregnant and expecting a child in June 2019.

Words cannot describe how we are feeling that our dreams are becoming reality. Newlife made it happen for us and we will be forever thankful.
