I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend NewLife IVF to anyone in need of fertility treatment. The entire team is second to none.

After over a decade of trying to start a family, including 3 rounds of IVF in the UK and (expensive!) consultations at a number of the top clinics in London, we decided to consider clinics abroad. We were at the point where money was secondary when looking for a clinic - skill and care and focus were what mattered most. During our initial consultation with Chrysa and Dr Dovas it was immediately clear that the quality of their service exceeded anything we had previously experienced. The initial consultation was free, and yet we came out of it understanding more about our fertility issues and best next course of action than we had in several years of consultation elsewhere. And it was so clear that they genuinely cared.

This theme continued throughout the treatment cycles and in every subsequent interaction. In truth, I’ve never experienced service of this standard and consistency in any sector.

During treatment, I found the clinic to be extremely informative, responsive and well organized with seamless connections to UK based observation centers I went to for scans and blood test. This took so much of the stress out of the experience. I had started a new job around the same time as my initial treatment started. Often I’d go to scans at 8am on the way to work and by the time I was at my desk I’d usually have the results in my email along with an explanation and concise next steps for treatment and the offer of a follow-up call from one of the team.

3 years later and we have a two-year-old daughter and another due next month (both frozen cycles worked). I can’t thank Dr Dovas, Chrysa, Dr Stamkopolu and the team enough for all of their support, genuine care and skill.
