I am so grateful for the support they gave to me during my IVF journey. The clear and fast response to all of my questions before starting the process was amazing. Throughout the journey, all my questions were adequately addressed and answered.

The hospital went the extra mile to help with choices of hotels in Thessaloniki as this was my first visit. We generally felt comfortable and well-equipped to make decisions in relation to our procedure. They went the extra mile even for unplanned procedures. The hospital also gave us first-trimester support until our twelfth week of pregnancy. I never felt alone throughout this journey. I now have a healthy 3-month-old baby girl, and she is the absolute light of my life. Even after all this, I still get random email check-ins from the hospital.
