I would like to preface this by saying I am truly blessed to have had my first donor egg transfer work but my adoration for this clinic would have been the same even if it did not. After 7 yrs of gruelling fertility treatment with my own eggs in the US and no baby, I looked into donor egg overseas. I did a ton of research online, in chat forums and on Facebook groups. New Life was the only clinic that did not have a single negative review. I contacted a few clinics and New Life was by far the most responsive, warm and caring. I was able to send my records over and set up a Skype consultation for a whole hour, no stone unturned. You could see that my records were studied very carefully.

From the minute Dr Dovas and Chrysa came onscreen I knew this was my choice. The email communication from the start was very easy and they were very responsive. My fear with the time difference was squashed right away. From then on the process was seamless and thorough. I did have to postpone the process for a few months after we had already started but they were patient and were right there when I was able to start it moving again.

Every question, every concern was answered, sometimes more than once to put me at ease. The day finally came when I met everyone at the clinic for my transfer. It felt as if we’d already met before. Everyone from the front desk to the medical staff was so warm and friendly. I felt safe and well taken care of every step of the way on this journey. In addition, the clinic was spotless. I cannot recommend them enough!
