My husband and I feel so blessed to finally be able to write this testimonial for Newlife. We struggled with infertility for three years before moving to Northern Macedonia for work. Before leaving the US, we tried IUI at a large fertility clinic in the Northern Virginia area. All three attempts failed, and I was often left feeling like I was on a fertility assembly line with hundreds of other women. The protocols seemed one-size fits all, and money was more important than providing consistent care.

Once we moved overseas, I started doing research on IVF clinics near us but was nervous because I had never received medical care outside the US. As a former Neonatal ICU nurse, I knew what I wanted but was unsure of how to find to it. Then I stumbled onto Newlife’s website and began to read all the reviews. Reading about the personalized care Dr. Dovas and Chrysa gave each and every couple sold me so we decided to check out the clinic. From the moment we arrived, it was a different experience from what we had known in the States. My fertility history and situation were thoroughly evaluated and a customized plan was put into place. Dr. Dovas met with my husband and I on two separated occasions, providing counselling for at least 45 minutes in order to make sure all our questions were answered, and yet we were never charged for the extra time with him. There was never an emphasis placed on payment; the focus from the beginning was how to help me conceive.

I was apart of the medical community for over nine years in the US and have never experienced the kind of care and follow-up Chrysa provided us. From the beginning to the end, Chrysa remained extremely responsive to all my questions and needs – she literally responded to all of my emails within two hours. I never had to wait for a response or guidance. While visiting the clinic, she would take time to sit with me and just get to know me. She is a beautiful soul who made the IVF process so much easier.

The facility is new, modern and spotless. I never once felt their equipment and procedures were inferior to what you would receive in the US. After one round of IVF, we decided to transfer two embryos knowing we had a 40% chance of conceiving twins, and now as I write this, I am 28 weeks pregnant with two baby girls. Words cannot truly convey how grateful my husband and I are for the love and care we received at Newlife. We will definitely be back when its time to conceive the next one!
