- An IVF Journey
We had multiple failed IVF cycles in the UK provided by both privately run clinics and via our national health service. Throughout all of these cycles; but particularly when going through the private clinics we experienced many issues. These included problems with correct invoicing, issues with procedures/transfers and varying levels of care provided.
New Life was recommended to us by a mutual friend, and we found the recommendation to be exceeded by the level of care we received. Everything was explained to us, and the IVF cycle tailored to our needs and experiences. One example of how they went above and beyond to meet our specific needs was when on transfer day the nurse turned up with specific cream to help numb skin prior to putting a cannula in. New life knew how much troublesome this had been for in the past.
In addition to the above, only dealing with the small dedicated team for each engagement made everything much easier and in the end very successful. The continuity of familiar faces, the thoughtfulness and the bedside manner of all staff from reception through to consultant far exceeded our expectations. Every email, call, face to face session was clear and delivered professionally and with empathy. This made a huge difference.
We could not recommend New Life highly enough; especially to UK patients who may have lost faith or had bad experiences with UK clinics.
