The personal experience of Elliott & Emma from Australia

We came across Newlife IVF after a quick google search when we had encountered issues with IVF clinics in Melbourne.

After sending off a general enquiry we promptly received an email from the lovely Chrysa. We then had a Skype meeting with Chrysa and Dr Dovas and we immediately felt comfort and it was so obvious that they genuinely had our best interests at heart, we knew instantly we had been in good hands and stopped looking at other clinics.

It wasn’t until about 12 months later that we made the first (of many) trip to Thessaloniki, the moment I stepped into the clinic I was greeted with open arms (literally) by Chrysa- her warmth instantly made me feel at ease.

The communication we have received given we are 7 hours in front is beyond words, Chrysa, Maroula, Victoria and the rest of the team are always so willing to assist in anyway they can, they are extremely thorough (I’ve even had doctors from Melbourne comment how impressed they are) and think outside the box. Initially I was concerned how it could possibly work having a cycle completed in both Australia and Greece, it’s honestly so simple- Newlife worked closely with our GP and made the whole experience faultless.

What was always the most important thing to us when starting our journey was to be made to feel as we were not just another number, just another generic IVF cycle- Newlife IVF have exceeded this expectation.

Regardless of the outcome from our most recent embryo transfer, we can not recommend more highly the team at Newlife IVF- from the initial email right down to the small points you will not be disappointed.

We will certainly be back in the future for hopefully baby number 2.
