- An IVF Journey
Following lengthy private treatment in Northern Ireland, which I felt was inadequate in terms of patient care and individual treatment planning, I began to research options abroad. I am so pleased that I took advice from a friend and previous patient of New Life in Greece. From the very beginning and throughout my treatment, the care was excellent. I felt the staff took the time to develop a relationship with me and my husband where they understood our issues thoroughly and I felt they were genuinely invested in making the best of our situation and achieving a pregnancy.
Eventually I had to go to Greece alone for the final stage of treatment and again I felt in very safe hands with the help from the team in New Life.
I had not experienced such attention to detail clinically in the UK. I had many more answers to my medical questions following treatment and a bespoke plan to suit my needs. I became pregnant for the first time following my first IVF treatment in Thessaloniki/ New Life. I miscarried a couple of months later and I again received nothing but kindness and support. No pressure. Just reassurance that when I was ready we would have a plan to move forward.
I write this now as I sit at home with my 6-month-old twins and I want to highly recommend New Life to all parents-to-be out there. I nearly lost hope until I met with this team. Having been to a few different clinics this is well ahead of the others.
