The personal experience of a Couple from United Kingdom

After struggling for so many years and actively trying for a baby we started considering IVF treatment as this was our only option. We live in the UK and we visited a lot of fertility clinics for consultations, some gave positive views and others had negative ones. But both routes were way too expensive and we would not have afforded. Not to mention the amount of stress we will experience when taking that route and at the same time having to go to work on those gloomy depressing days. Then we decided to choose an overseas option, a place that can be a holiday destination with lots of sun and fun, thus eliminating stress factor and looking at it as a holiday and not IVF. Our selection criteria were based firstly on reviews and some research but the final decision was based on what our hearts could tell. Greece was definitely our paradise destination and after a few Skype appointments with several clinics, Newlife clinic was our option. Speaking to Dr Dovas and Chrysa made a huge difference, they gave their professional opinion positively without giving false hope. We decided to go for a short break to Thessaloniki and meet them in person before we start our treatment journey. This was quite reassuring as we got to meet them all face to face and we saw how the clinic is so developed but yet so warm. Newlife Clinic was way better than so many reputable clinics we visited in London. The Clinic was immaculate and very sophisticated. The team were all humble, warm, friendly and helpful, It was definitely the right and best decision we made. Our journey started from there, it was a long way with some failed IVFs, but each time they would tweak the treatment. Also, Dr Dovas is always up to date with the most recent researches and findings. Their staff at all levels are efficient, understanding and friendly. We never felt that the clinic was overseas as they were always approachable even on weekends. Their administration is so accurate, prompt, very detailed and so well organised. They answer any question straight away or during the day if the question requires a consultant answer. They closely monitor pregnancy until week 12. In addition to that, they have a personal touch, they care a lot about us and keep in touch even after establishing a pregnancy. They are all like a family with each other and patients are members and not numbers and business. We can happily say that they succeeded in establishing two pregnancies; one to a gorgeous boy who is two now and the other to a boy in the second trimester still waiting in the womb. We are forever grateful to them, we wouldn’t have had our two precious gifts if it wasn’t for the whole team at Newlife.

There are no words that can express our gratitude for what Newlife clinic has done for us, and we have no words that can do them justice. They have helped us to change our lives forever after we lost hope.
