At a time when you are feeling you're most vulnerable, new life was fantastic. They listened to us and were professional and always available for questions. We tried London clinics previously and found them more like a conveyor belt service, but with new life, for each appointment, they were always up to date with my file and knew exactly what was happening and why. We had amazing results in the end, I would trust them again. Do not worry about the travel as we found it quite straight forward and easy in the end, it was relaxing to go away and just focus on what is one of the most important things you can do, to start a family with good support and medical care.
