We couldn't recommend Newlife higher, from the first initial skype call all the way through the process, they were consistently kind, professional, helpful and lovely to speak to. We spoke to a lot of clinics when making our decision and Newlife stood out right from the start, the initial skype with Dr Dovas and Chrysa was just so much more informative and considerate than any of the other calls/visits we had had with other clinics.

From the start, they were super clear about how everything happens and the steps we needed to take, they were always available if we had any worries or questions and were really responsive over email and phone. Especially during the height of the pandemic earlier this year which was a very anxious time not knowing when treatment would be picked up again, our midwife Maroula was absolutely wonderful at keeping us in the loop (and just generally being so supportive and considerate)

The clinic itself is lovely, easy to get to, and all the staff were kind and friendly, and we had recommendations from NewLife as to where to stay and where to go and this was hugely appreciated. We hadn't been to Thessaloniki before and were a bit anxious about going abroad for treatment but the whole thing was really easy and the area is lovely.

If you are considering clinics, I cannot recommend Newlife enough, if we come back for more treatment in the future (we were very lucky to have a positive result after our first DE FET) it will 100% be with Newlife. They have been amazing from start to finish and we loved being under their care. We always felt really well informed, looked after and there was a real personal touch to the way that we were treated, along with a sense of humour which makes the whole thing easier and more relaxing.
