The personal experience of Al & Ayom from United Kingdom

We would really like to thank the entire team at Newlife for our absolutely amazing experience at their facility. Our journey here started in 2020 just before the pandemic hit and we are so happy that thanks especially to Ermina, Chrysa and Dr Dovas, we’re now 16 weeks pregnant with our bundle of Joy. Having had an unsuccessful round of IVF back in the UK, we had first-time success via frozen transfer at Newlife. Pregnancy is going well and we can’t want to meet our bundle of Joy.

We would like to also mention that their facility is so calm, clean and the staff are all welcoming. We never felt unsure or anxious about them or the service we were getting. It always felt like they had our best interest at heart and we never felt like “just another number”.

We would also like to especially thank our Midwife Ermina for being so helpful and supportive throughout the process, always there to answer questions, provide information as well as real human support even when I felt down or anxious at any stage of the process. She’s absolutely amazing!

Lastly, we would like to say that Dr Dovas is such an outstanding man and professional. We’re extremely grateful for his patience on the day of transfer as there was apparently a blockage on the path that leads to my Uterus, and he spent over 30 minutes manoeuvring the obstacle to ensure our Embryos were exactly where they needed to be. We have no doubt that had he not been so patient during the transfer, our story would be completely different. If we ever need a sibling for our miracle baby, we’ll be back at Newlife in a heartbeat.
