The personal experience of a Couple from United Kingdom

After finding out we couldn't conceive naturally, we looked at numerous IVF clinics in Europe and had consultations with a few in London, Spain and Greece. There was no doubt that New Life was the clinic for us. The consultation with Dr Dovas and Chrysa Karakosta was very thorough and informative, they explained the treatment and process and we felt reassured that they had looked at our notes with full consideration and we would be in good hands.

The process from then could not be faulted, our midwife Maroula was with us every step of the way, whenever we emailed with a question, we would get a response back within 24 hours. The next steps were always clear and she was extremely helpful when it came to planning our trip to Greece. Covid meant that Greece was going to be in lockdown while we were out there (we had decided to stay there for 7 weeks until the treatment was complete). Thankfully our treatment was not affected by the lockdown, we were given a trusted taxi service to use while we were out there and help with forms and covid passes to get around Thessaloniki. Every appointment we had at New Life was great, we never waited for long and all the staff were always friendly and accommodating. Chrysa was with me during the egg collection and transfer, holding my hand when things got difficult and emotional, with words of encouragement to get me through. The support continued after we found out we were pregnant and had returned to the U.K. We are now blessed to have a beautiful, healthy baby girl and we couldn't thank everyone at New Life enough.
