The personal experience of Ourania and Simon from United Kingdom

We were recommended to New Life, Thessaloniki, Greece, from an IVF internet support group in the UK. Lots of ladies had success stories and couldn’t commend them highly enough. After several failed rounds in the UK and advancing age, we decided to contact New Life and we are very happy that we did. Our first online meeting was with Dr. Dovas and Chrysa who were patient, informative and sincere. The distance of the clinic was not a problem as all pre-tests / scans could be carried out locally, it was much easier to arrange appointments at times that suited us than the London clinics we had used previously.

Our midwife Ermina has been excellent throughout the whole process. Ermina has always answered any queries the same day, she has always been approachable, supportive, professional, kind and very knowledgeable. Ermina has been a great support through the whole procedure and helped put our worries at ease. The clinic was also contactable over the weekends, and we never felt isolated throughout the process. The whole team made us feel welcome and cared for at the clinic, knowing what an emotional rollercoaster IVF can be.

We decided to use donor eggs due to age from the honest recommendation from Dr. Dovas from the start, which we very much value. Chrysa was also a great support with the embryology side of things, from explaining quality of embryos to her sense of humour and support being right next to you during transfer, all very much appreciated. We can happily confirm we are now 10 weeks pregnant, early days but this is the furthest we have been in 3 years.
