The personal experience of Claire and Annemarie from United Kingdom

Maroula, Thaleia and Chrysa are just amazing, there is no other way to describe them. They helped us so much through our journey. They would sit for hours and explain things to us, reassure us and support us and understood us, whether it was through emails or calls there was always someone there. Their words of wisdom kept us grounded but gave us hope. No question we had was silly, and they generally cared, giving the best care and support to us both as a couple, explaining things in detail and backing things up with facts and stories. We have so much respect and love for you all. You are all amazing at your jobs and deserve to be recognized.

We will never be able to thank you enough for helping us on our journey to Eydee. She is truly amazing and has brought us so much happiness and joy. We have loved every minute since the day she was transferred.

I hope the staff get to read this email and realise what an impact they all have on peoples lives. Keep doing what you all do and never change. One day we maybe back for a sibling, but for now we are loving our lives being mummies to Eydee.
