From the very first contact with New Life, we have found the clinic to be truly exceptional. As healthcare professionals ourselves we were blown away by how thorough and professional each consultation was. Dr Dovas and Chrysa had taken time in advance to prepare detailed plans of care for us, explaining everything in a clear and fully evidence-based way, building trust and answering any worries or concerns. The support and kindness from the whole team is excellent, and Thaleia our patient coordinator has always been knowledgeable, compassionate and fun! Responses to emails have always been really fast, even out of hours, so we never felt alone. Having medical treatment abroad could be a scary prospect, but we have felt in incredibly safe hands every step of the way. We are currently pregnant with our first baby after 5 years of trying and a multitude of traumatic medical and fertility treatments before finding New Life, and we are beyond grateful to the whole team for making this possible.
