The personal experience of Mr and Mrs Rai from United Kingdom

After trying to conceive for more than 5 years and 2 failed IVF cycles in the UK, we decided to look abroad. What followed was months of looking through multiple clinics abroad and going through initial consultations with many of them, we decided that Newlife was the best fit for both of us.

Newlife has been responsive from the very start of our journey. They allocate you a dedicated coordinator, who looks after you throughout the whole process. Needless to say, it was very refreshing and reassuring to hear a positive, yet realistic and more optimistic outlook from the medical team at Newlife from the very beginning. Prior to our initial consultation, we provided a comprehensive list of medical documents pertaining to our previous treatment. We were both impressed by how well-informed the medical team was during the consultation, demonstrating that they had read through all the notes and results in great detail (this has not been the case with some other leading clinics we consulted).

The process itself was easy and the coordinator facilitated this by covering all the logistics such as prescriptions, doses, where to go for scans locally when to consider flying out, etc.

It is no exaggeration when we say that Newlife goes above and beyond in every way. Fast forward to post-embryo transfer (the furthest we had ever made it at this stage), one evening we experienced some spotting, as you can imagine this caused some concern and we frantically called the out-of-hours service here in the UK. Well, let’s just say the service left much to be desired. However, the same can not be said for Newlife. Despite the difference in time (2 hours ahead in Greece) and the fact that our treatment (IVF cycle) was complete, Dora (our coordinator) responded via email at 11 pm (Greece time) with clear instructions on how to proceed with medication that we had as a contingency for such a scenario.

After a journey that has lasted more than 5 years, 2 failed IVF cycles, and a poor patient experience here in the UK. We are delighted to say that with the support of Newlife, we are pregnant with twins. To Dr. Dovas, Chrysa, and of course our beloved Dora, we would like to say that from the bottom of our hearts, we will forever be grateful for what you (Newlife) have done for us. And to anyone reading this, if you find yourself in a similar situation as we did; you are quite simply put, in good hands with Newlife.
