The personal experience of a Couple from USA

We are from the US and went to NewLife in Apr 2015 for IVF. We were impressed with the clinic after our first skype consult. Dr. Dovas and Chrysa were very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. As soon as we decided to pursue treatment with their clinic they immediately began working on our personalized treatment plan. Before we even arrived, Chrysa stayed in contact with us via email answering every question and just checking in on us to see how we were doing. She provided is with information about Greece and recommendations on hotel accommodations.

Once we arrived at Newlife, it was like we knew everything about the process and clinic. The facility was modern and clean, the staff was warm and welcoming. Since we had been in contact with Chrysa via email, it was like meeting an old friend. The treatment was excellent, they walked us through every step, and we did not feel like we were just a number. They spent time with us and nothing was rushed. Dr. Dovas was incredible. He took his time explaining every step as he performed the treatment. They ensured that we were comfortable and ensured if we had any questioned they were answered before we left. Dr. Dovas and Chrysa still made themselves available for questions and aftercare treatment when we returned home. We couldn’t have chosen a better clinic.

We are so delighted to say that we are pregnant and will be having a Christmas baby!!!
