When we first came across Newlife, both my husband and I had lost all hope that we would ever be parents, but from the first meeting with Dr Dovas, Chrysa and Thaleia, they helped give us the renewed hope we needed to pursue further treatment which has resulted in our beautiful little miracle being born in September 2023. Prior to having treatment in Newlife, we had been through eight previous cycles of IVF and ICSI, which also included multiple implantation failures, numerous miscarriages and failed donor cycles across four clinics in both the UK and Spain. We arranged a consultation with Newlife, and from the first meeting, we were overwhelmed by their kindness, professionalism and how thorough they were in their approach. Dr Dovas and Chrysa were initially most concerned for our well-being and ensured that we were emotionally ready for further treatment after all the heartache we had endured. We instantly felt it was 100% the right thing to pursue a treatment cycle with them. We were given a Coordinator called Thaleia, who we cannot thank enough. She has been the most immense support and was in communication with us frequently. If Thaleia was not available then another member of the team was always very prompt in responding to our questions and providing any care required. After eight long years of trying to become parents we now couldn't be prouder to be parents to our beautiful little boy. It is down to the amazing care we received from everyone at Newlife that our long awaited dream has become a reality. We wish that we had found this clinic sooner. We will never fully be able to express our gratitude as there are no words to describe the unimaginable happiness they have brought us. As I write this testimonial, I am feeding our little miracle. I hope that anyone reading this can start to believe that what feels like the impossible is possible. I always found it comforting reading about other people's experiences of how they achieved their miracles and I still can't believe that I can now inspire others writing about mine.
