The personal experience of Nicole from Australia

As a single woman living in Australia, the step of reaching out to an unknown organisation on the other side of the world was certainly a daunting one. Although my fertility doctor had mentioned Newlife IVF in Greece as a potential option for me, I was still wary as I had already been let down by another international organisation. However, my fears were alleviated from the very first email I received from the team at Newlife and my experience with them was completely different to what I had encountered previously.

I always felt like more than just a number with Newlife and the communication, service and care I received was personal and second to none. I felt as though the team were on the journey to motherhood with me and I was incredibly supported from the very first point of contact. The team were informative, kept me updated every step of the way and were always available to answer all of my questions.

It was amazing to meet the people who I had been communicating with from Australia when I arrived in Thessaloniki, and I found the clinic to be first class with such attention to detail in providing superior care. This level of care continued following my treatment and until I received a positive pregnancy result, and am still in touch with them today.

I'll be forever grateful for the team at Newlife for how they treated me throughout the journey and for their help in being able to achieve my dream of becoming a mum.
