The personal experience of a Couple from North Macedonia

After 15 years of struggling with infertility, my husband and I finally found hope and success with New Life IVF Greece. After 9 unsuccessful IVF treatment in our country, we decided to take our chance abroad.

We had several rounds of consultation with 4 clinics in Europe

The clinic itself is immaculate and modern, with a calming atmosphere that helped ease much of our initial anxiety. Every step of the process—from the initial consultation to the embryo transfer—was handled with professionalism, empathy, and transparency. The medical staff, especially Dr. Athanasios Pantelis , the embryology team and our coordinator Elena Najdoska were not only highly skilled but also took the time to explain each phase in detail, which made us feel empowered and informed throughout the journey.

The whole process last about one year from the initial exam to the final embryo transfer and it took us about 3-4 visit to the clinic, having in mind that we are with donor eggs program.

The whole process of selecting the donor and obtaining the embryos was around 4 months which is incredibly low period.

I must mention that our first embryo transfer was unsuccessful and even then, we did not have a single moment of hesitation should we continue further.

Our fate in the clinic, our doctor, embryologist and all the stuff continued and with the second transfer we did it!

What really stood out to us was the genuine care shown by the coordinators and support staff. They were always available to answer our questions (even across time zones) and never made us feel like just another number. The emotional support, paired with the clinic’s high success rates, gave us a sense of trust and peace during an otherwise stressful experience.

I’m thrilled to say that thanks to New Life IVF Greece, we are now expecting our miracle baby. We are forever grateful to this amazing team for making our dream of becoming parents come true.
