It was so uncomplicated to get in contact through their professional website. After the first contact, everything was coordinated so well. I was counseled and guided by Maria who was very patient and helpful. I felt acknowledged and understood. My questions were answered accurately and quickly. For medical questions Dr. Chorozoglou was very reassuring in a professional way and very empathetic. And my embryologist Dimitra was so encouraging with her positive mindset. I have seen all of them only once but we were in regular contact with each other concerning medications, insecurities on my behalf and other matters. It has always felt professional and personal at once. I am 44 years old and had an egg and sperm donation done and am 24 weeks pregnant now. It is so exciting. I cannot express my feeling of luck and bliss for having found this team, that harmonized so well with each other. I am planning to come back if everything continues to go well.
